Roofing Estimator to support our sales team in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable proposals. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, analyzing data, and ensuring every bid is both precise and strategically priced. If you have a knack for spreadsheets, a head for math, and an interest in commercial roofing, you’ll thrive here. As a Commercial
Estimator , you will work closely with our Strategic Sales Producers and project management team to: Review project scopes, drawings, and specifications Accurately calculate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Prepare detailed proposals, bid documents, and budget estimates Compare vendor pricing and negotiate when needed Maintain and update cost databases for materials and systems Assist sales in presenting and explaining proposals to clients Ideal Candidate Calculated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and estimating software Basic understanding of commercial roofing materials and systems preferred Financially savvy — able to assess profit margins, ROI, and value engineering options Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and vendors About Roof Source We’re on a mission to be the most honorable and reliable roofing service provider in the West .
