We are looking for a Sales Analyst to support the finance department and our CEO.
Summary
The Sales Analyst collects and analyzes sales data, prepares reports for management, creates dashboards in Salesforce to track sales performance and other KPIs, and communicates directly with the sales leadership and team members in order to drive business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel skills. Experience using Salesforce CRM is required.
Essential Functions
Improving opportunity management in Salesforce CRM
Preparing and administering sales pipeline reviews for regions and territories
Tracking overdue opportunities in Salesforce CRM and pursuing sales team for timely updates
Developing reports for management to track sales performance against goals and other KPIs
Analyzing sales KPIs such as won/lost opportunities by key account, competitor, reason, etc.
Maintaining and archiving historical sales reports for future reference
Improving quality and accuracy of sales forecasts
Working with other departments such as Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product Management to support sales analytics requirements
Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales organization
Providing actionable insights to leadership on sales trends, opportunities, and risks
Support other assignments as is deemed necessary to achieve corporate goals
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
Experience using Salesforce CRM and creating dashboards is required
Experience using SAP and SAC is strongly preferred
Familiarity with industrial automation and related technologies is a plus

Other Details
This is a full-time, salaried position with some overtime required. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Suwanee, GA office. A hybrid work schedule is available after 90 days if the individual is meeting or exceeding the manager’s expectations.
Some domestic travel required along with international travel once every 12 months.
