Associate Account Manager - NY, NJ, CT or Philadelphia location This role focuses on growing StreetEasy’s business by building strong client relationships and driving revenue. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them maximize the value of our products and services. Your work will impact client success, team goals, and the evolution of our advertising offerings. You Will Get To

Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Identify client needs and recommend tailored advertising solutions. Introduce new product offerings and collaborate on upsell strategies. Acquire new business while upselling and retaining existing partners. Provide post-contract support and set clear expectations to foster long-term partnerships. Advocate for client needs and share feedback to inform product development. Become an expert in StreetEasy partner products, systems, and NYC real estate trends. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support team initiatives. Role Details

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States with location identified to the Company. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% within the market. Compensation

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $70,500.00 - $112,500.00 annually. This base pay range is location-specific and may not apply to other locations. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance and location. Actual amounts vary. Exempt status applies in the state of residence. Who You Are

This position is located in NY. Candidates living in NY, NJ, CT or Philadelphia, PA will be considered. 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience, managing a book of business. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Personable, driven, and motivated to deliver top results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at building client partnerships through consultative, data-driven communication. Proficient in Salesforce, Google Slides, Google Sheets, or quick to learn new systems. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% within the market.
