We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow the Pure Barre community. This position involves interacting with clients daily to create a supportive and meaningful community and move potential members through the sales process to a membership sale. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. Position

The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the team with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also supports retention and provides unmated customer service to current members. Responsibilities

Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and identifying individual goals and needs Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club Develop selling skills through ongoing training Process accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up and follow-through with prospective clients Input inventory for retail clothing and other items Attend and complete all relative training programs Take pictures for social media platforms Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms Other duties as assigned Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality Ability to build strong customer relationships Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training Self-motivated and takes initiative Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills Authorization to work in the United States Compensation & Perks
