Responsibilities We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program will prepare you to run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will build relationships in the community to grow your business. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first and fostering a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.

No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions in the last 5 years.

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.

Not interviewed with Enterprise for this position in the last 12 months.
