Overview
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience; B2B experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive edge.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
