Sales representative for the DACH region in the stainless steel industrial equipment market
About Elstar Engineering For over 40 years, Elstar Engineering has been manufacturing highly specialized stainless steel equipment, devices, and technological installations for various processing industries (food, chemical, petrochemical, energy, oil and gas, etc.).
Our products are supplied to leading international corporations in their respective industries. Production is based on individual projects tailored to customer requirements and is carried out under contracts with OEM companies. Elstar provides the necessary engineering services and full contract execution in its own production facilities.
The company plans to expand its manufacturing operations by building long‑term partnerships with partners in the DACH region, leveraging Elstar's production assets to reduce its partners' production costs and maintain competitive levels.
The company intends to employ a sales representative and is seeking someone present in the DACH region with experience in purchasing or project management in companies with the following profiles:
Supplying process technologies to the end customer,
End customer receiving a process‑related product,
Engineering and construction company installing technologies and products from our portfolio.
Experience in industries welcomed: food, chemical, waste treatment, minerals and mining, petrochemicals, oil and gas, energy, etc.
Key responsibilities
Acquiring and retaining the partners in the DACH market
Preparing commercial offers and presentations
Negotiating terms of cooperation
Managing the sales process from start to finish
Participating in meetings and commercial negotiations
Tracking market trends and competitive activities
Our requirements
Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken,
Active presence in the DACH region, preferably a resident
High‑level technical knowledge of stainless steel structures
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work harmoniously in a team
Conscientiousness and determination

Compensation - an agency agreement via your own company, under Elstar Engineering brand. Compensation consists of a base fee to cover costs plus sales‑based commission. Earnings potential is dependant on candidate's sales results.
