assist in creating and maintaining seasonal fabric board assist manager in following up on sampling orders to ensure on time delivery manage receipt of all new fabric orders and file accordingly maintain in house fabric inventory assist in pulling fabric headers for key meetings research prints and patterns for upcoming seasons collaborate with design team on seasonal print and embroidery artwork assist manager being the liaison between design team and mill/factory for all print and embroidery development prepare tech packs and color standards for lab dips, prints, and embroidery assist manager to launch production print artworks for bulk coordinate fabrics for proto samples, MTO and SMS locally source fabric as needed filing, data entry and organization hire interns assist manager with production fabric related tasks, such as bulk standards and approvals, receiving goods in PLM system Qualifications
1-3 years of garment industry and fabric related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to work with design team, cross-functional partners, and external vendors Able to multi task Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in fast paced environment Organized and detail oriented Knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of Microsoft Office
