: Full Time Why You Should Apply : Opportunity to lead the finance function for a growing national firm in the environmental consulting space High-impact executive role with direct access to senior leadership and decision-making Full ownership of financial reporting, controls, and system modernization post-acquisition Hybrid schedule with flexibility after onboarding and strong internal team support Competitive compensation and benefits package including multiple employee covered healthcare options and generous 401(k) match What We’re Looking For : 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or finance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting in a multi-entity, project-based environment Advanced Excel and ERP system skills Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills What You’ll Be Doing : Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple offices Own the monthly close, financial consolidation, and delivery of internal and external reporting packages Oversee GAAP compliance, technical accounting research, and revenue recognition for both billed and unbilled project work Partner with Project Managers and the CFO to align forecasts, budgets, and margin analysis Guide the migration from legacy ERP systems to a modern financial platform Maintain strong internal controls, support audit preparation, and oversee balance sheet management Drive process improvements, support corporate growth initiatives, and act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership Seniority level
