A leading real estate firm in New York City is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its dynamic team. Drive financial strategy by building and maintaining detailed financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and executive decision-making. Lead strategic initiatives and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions. Support capital allocation decisions and long-term growth planning. Collaborate directly with senior executives and investors to deliver insights, recommendations, and performance updates. Own projects end-to-end, take initiatives from concept through execution, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery. Craft investor and board materials, prepare presentations, memos, and performance updates for key stakeholders. Support FP&A function and work cross-functionally with accounting and department leads to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Requirements
3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance; experience in a corporate or startup environment is a plus. Advanced modeling skills with the ability to independently build and audit complex financial models. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous or data-heavy situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
