Trusted Dental Technologies is seeking a full-time
Senior Accountant
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. You will also perform monthly close processes, manage payroll, perform balance sheet account analysis and reconciliations. You’ll support the full accounting cycle while driving efficiency, improving processes, and supporting leadership with financial insights. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting & Finance, this is a hands-on role with visibility across the organization. Responsibilities: Manage the bi-monthly payroll process Oversee the monthly close process and maintain the general ledger Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare account reconciliations Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity Assist with inventory management accounting Partner with leadership on financial analysis and ad hoc projects Monitor and streamline department workflows for accuracy and efficiency Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures Provide audit support and ensure timely, accurate delivery of requested information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Solid understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting Experience with ERP/accounting systems;
NetSuite experience a strong plus Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation of accounting tasks Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Occasional travel (
