Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Accounts Associate who can manage day-to-day financial operations using Zoho Books and related finance tools. The ideal candidate should bring accuracy, accountability, and analytical strength to maintain books, track receivables/payables, and support management reporting — all while working remotely with our APAC finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations in Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L summaries, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice validation & approval.
Manage payroll data coordination and inter-company transactions.
Ensure compliance with GST / TDS / APAC/EMEA/US regional tax frameworks.
Collaborate with auditors and finance managers on review & reporting cycles.
Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (mandatory).
Strong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP).
Familiar with GST / TDS / taxation / vendor management.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / MIS tools.
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work across time zones.
Effective communicator with a People-First mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1–5 years of experience in accounts or bookkeeping roles.
Freshers with Zoho Books certification or relevant internship experience will be considered.
Knowledge of India, Singapore, or UAE accounting compliance is a plus.
