This position supports Private Client Advisors with client service, operational tasks, and risk/compliance activities to help deliver high-quality investment solutions for clients. Responsibilities
Support Advisors’ book of business by facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades. Build and maintain client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, providing up-to-date information, and assisting with ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and lead generation. Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports. Participate in Risk Management activities, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries. Support business-unit operational procedures and regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required forms and documentation). Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines; contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain and foster team culture. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Active Series 7 license required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment. If registered after October 1, 2018, must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam. Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment. Investment And Insurance Products
