This position performs specialized and secretarial/administrative duties, ensuring client satisfaction and supporting firm initiatives. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead team and firm projects; assist with lawyer committee work and community service projects. Provide administrative support including managing attorney inboxes, calendars, contacts, and client files, and oversee electronic and hardcopy file maintenance in accordance with policies. Coordinate with attorneys to ensure proper electronic document storage in iManage and support electronic file management. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence, ensuring adherence to standards. Arrange conference calls, meetings, travel, and prepare expense reports, following firm policies. Support special projects as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum three years’ legal secretarial experience; law firm experience and e-filing knowledge preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF, and firm-specific software like iManage. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. This role requires in-office attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed. Position is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, and in the Law Practice industry. Note:
