Our client, a well-established company located in Englewood, NJ, is seeking an experienced

Accounts Receivable Analyst

to join their accounting team. This role will focus on managing billing, collections, and account reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of receivables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely collections. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues. Prepare and post daily cash receipts and adjustments. Generate and distribute invoices and account statements. Analyze customer credit risk and support credit approval processes. Partner with internal departments to address billing and payment inquiries. Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and aging reports. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of accounts receivable experience required; experience in manufacturing or distribution a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
