The Regional Controller serves as the financial backbone of regional operations, working closely with teams to provide leadership, clarity, and strategic insight. This role combines hands-on financial management with the opportunity to shape direction through data-driven decision-making. Financial Leadership & Strategy Act as the regional financial expert, preparing monthly financial statements that accurately reflect performance. Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning to influence regional strategy. Elevate WIP schedules from standard reporting into valuable planning tools. Operational Excellence Oversee precise and timely month-end and year-end closings. Review and analyze GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts. Partner with auditors to ensure efficient and successful audit processes. Lead monthly regional meetings, presenting insights that guide decision-making. Participate in project review meetings to provide a financial perspective. Build strong cross-departmental relationships, serving as a trusted financial advisor. Special Projects Lead initiatives that enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. Implement new systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Active CPA license in good standing. 2+ years in public accounting (assurance services) OR 2–5 years in a similar accounting role, preferably within construction. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create dynamic, detailed analyses. Preferred: Experience in the construction industry. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Exceptional communication skills, able to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
