Overview

Experienced Mortgage Loan Partner - Spanish Speaking Preferred. Top-producing loan officers in Sacramento are looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Partner. We want a self-starter who is efficient, good with people, has a positive attitude, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This position will be split between mortgage responsibilities and marketing responsibilities. If you find the mortgage industry interesting, enjoy helping clients attain the home of their dreams, and are detail-oriented with a passion for great customer service, you may fit well with our dynamic and fast-growing team. This role is to support the Loan Officers from the “contact to contract” phase of the loan to allow them to spend more time originating loans. A mortgage license is ideal, but we are willing to consider candidates with excellent experience who are willing to get licensed. Compensation range:

$40,000 - $100,000

yearly, including Hourly, OT, Commission, and bonuses.

Work directly with top-producing loan officers and borrowers to provide a seamless and expeditious mortgage process along with white-glove customer service, from contact to contract. Assist the Loan Officer in the preparation of documents for processing; the processor handles the loan from contract to close. Focus on lead conversion and creating a “wow” experience for each client. Analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents, and structure a loan. Split time between mortgage responsibilities and marketing responsibilities to grow the pipeline. Serve as the “right arm” of the Loan Officer, combining guideline knowledge, processing abilities, and sales skills. Qualifications

At least 3 years of professional office experience and one year of mortgage experience. 2+ years of continuous mortgage experience; 5+ years preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. A mortgage license is ideal, but candidates with excellent experience who are willing to get licensed will be considered. This is a full-time in-office position. Employment type
