Our central Austin wealth management firm is looking to add to its research/portfolio analyst team. We have a deeply integrated planning approach that incorporates asset management, retirement income distribution, estate and insurance planning. We have been entrusted with more than $1 Billion of assets under management.

Research Analyst/Portfolio Trading
The primary role involves portfolio trading duties, including initial implementation, ongoing rebalancing, and oversight, working collaboratively with the investment operations team and Lead Advisors. Portfolio trading encompasses both brokerage and Advisory accounts. Responsibilities include working with other investment team members to construct and manage portfolios and investment products. Most Advisory portfolios are designed using ETFs complemented by actively managed funds. The analyst provides information and makes recommendations on managers, advisory service products, investment selection, suitability guidelines, and reporting decisions. The role requires working with outside vendors to review portfolio construction methods and vet additional investment solutions. Providing market insights to guide investment decisions is also a key component. Minimum of 4 years of industry experience is required. Advanced certifications or education such as CFA candidacy, CFA, or CFP are preferred. Series 7 license is required.
