Personal Bankers build professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs, deliver valuable products and services, and accurately complete the account opening process. They are committed to providing an excellent client experience, understanding and promoting bank products and services to individuals and companies, conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment, and working collaboratively to meet individual and group goals. Responsibilities
Provide "fast, easy, and personal" service consistent with Company standards, resolving problems, building relationships, handling special requests, greeting clients warmly, and ensuring follow-through and timely resolutions. Promote banking products and services through direct sales techniques, including distributing brochures, engaging clients in conversations about banking needs, and speaking knowledgeably about the bank's offerings. Achieve sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and achieve sales standards, aiming to earn 100% of the client's banking business. Open checking and savings accounts, process client transactions, and recommend other bank products such as credit cards and loans. Demonstrate digital banking expertise by educating clients and colleagues on online banking, mobile banking, and other self-service channels. Refer clients to other banking services and resolve concerns efficiently. Conduct operational tasks ethically, including documentation, compliance, and safeguarding client and bank assets. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all policies. Implement banking center operations procedures, including cash management, auditing, and compliance. Stay current with regulations and policies, including BSA and OFAC requirements, through regular training. Work during regular business hours and perform other duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits
The minimum pay is $16.50 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on performance. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, and paid leave. Additional Details
