Primary Office Location: 3167 Main Street, West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, 16159.
Position Overview This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the Manager's direction, fulfilling customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into sales or referral leads. The role requires adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may work at various locations within the market.
Primary Responsibilities
Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling. Make recommendations for cross-selling bank products and services. Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
Use FNB approved technology to input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applications. Manage relationships according to consumer bank standards.
Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks per policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risks, in line with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures, which is a mandatory part of the role.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
0 years of related experience.
Skills: Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, interpersonal, detail-oriented, and proficiency in MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic).
Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products, and services.
Sales and customer service skills.
Licensure/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not required.
