Medical Modernization and Innovation Project Associate VIE , you will be a key partner in our Global Medical Transformation and Global Medical Affairs Specialty Care team, collaborating across commercial, R&D, regulatory, digital, and market access teams to support therapeutic solutions for patients. We are committed to transforming lives through innovative healthcare solutions for immune challenges, rare diseases, blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. Our teams work together to revolutionize treatments, improve products, understand unmet needs, and connect communities worldwide. Main responsibilities

Coordinate the Medical Modernization roadmap with internal and external teams. Support the implementation of change management initiatives during the modernization journey. Track project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring initiatives are executed as planned. Collaborate with Digital partners on innovation projects. Manage internal communication strategies to connect the global Medical organization and foster community engagement. Organize leadership activities, meetings, conferences, and communication plans. About you

Experience:

Pharmaceutical or cross-functional experience preferred; experience with organizational transformation is a plus. Skills:

Digital project experience, project management, knowledge of Lean/Agile, healthcare technologies, MS Office proficiency, stakeholder engagement, excellent communication, high ethical standards. Education:

Master’s degree in Life Science, Pharma, or related field. Languages:
