Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their legal options. Strategize to resolve cases in the most favorable manner possible for clients. Stay current with relevant legislation and legal developments. Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, offering continued support throughout their case. Draft and prepare legal documents, including depositions, pleadings, and contracts, with precision and efficiency. Assist clients in executing legal agreements and documentation. Requirements : Prior experience as a Pre-Litigation Attorney or in a similar legal role. Strong knowledge of the legal process, particularly in personal injury cases.
