The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for immigrants' rights in a fast-paced environment and possess a solid track record in litigation and legal research and writing. The firm handles hearings nationwide and requires ability to travel as needed, including to our Seattle, WA headquarters. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in immigration court and before USCIS. Manage a diverse and demanding caseload, ensuring thorough preparation for hearings and interviews. Represent clients in removal defense, including Individual Calendar Hearings (ICH), Master Calendar Hearings (MCH), and bond hearings. Advocate zealously in court, at hearings, and in negotiations with prosecutors and immigration authorities. Conduct legal research and efficiently review motions, briefs, and appeals. Review family petitions, T and U visas, VAWA applications, adjustment of status (AOS), naturalization, parole in place (PIP), waivers, and other immigration benefits. Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services. Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure effective legal strategies for clients. Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to maintain professionalism in all legal matters. Travel nationwide as required for court hearings, client meetings, and case-related matters. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with a state bar. Bar membership in Washington (WA), Florida (FL), or Illinois (IL) is a strong plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience with a focus on immigration litigation; proven experience in immigration courts and administrative proceedings. Criminal defense experience is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and client-focused service. Experience handling immigration applications including T/U visas, VAWA, AOS, naturalization, PIP, waivers, and related relief. Strong communication skills to convey complex legal information clearly and effectively. Compassionate and able to work effectively under high pressure and demanding circumstances. Willingness to travel nationwide for case-related matters, including travel to Seattle, WA. Compensation

Pay Range: $100K-140K
