As a Leasing Agent at Corridor, you will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates by managing leads, conducting showings, and assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process. This is a
100% commission-based
independent contractor role with
earning potential between $75,000–$135,000+
based on performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead Management : Respond promptly to all new leads (ideally within 30 minutes); Maintain professional and consistent communication with prospective tenants Scheduling & Coordination : Schedule and manage appointments efficiently based on prospect availability; Keep calendars and CRM systems updated and accurate Leasing & Client Services : Showcase available apartments with enthusiasm and professionalism; Assist clients through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed; Provide strategic leasing advice based on property features, availability, and client needs Market Knowledge : Share insights on comparable listings and neighborhood trends; Stay informed on rental market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly Lease Administration : Prepare leases and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner; Ensure all lease paperwork is completed and compliant with legal standards Professional Representation : Represent Corridor with integrity and a client-first mindset; Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of the Minneapolis rental market and leasing best practices Organized and tech-savvy (familiar with CRMs, scheduling tools, email, etc.) Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure Willingness to continuously learn and improve Compensation & Contractor Terms
100% commission-based
(no base salary) Compensation varies based on performance: approx.
$75,000–$135,000+
annually for full-time effort You must provide your own tools and resources to fulfill your duties unless otherwise agreed upon As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses How to Apply
