Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to gather data and support forecasting, tax provision inputs, and business decisions.

Assist with tax planning initiatives, including modeling the tax impact of operational changes, restructurings, and intercompany transactions.

Support M&A tax diligence and integration workstreams, including review of tax clauses in SPAs and analysis of acquisition structures.

Oversee the preparation and/or review of federal, state, and local income tax returns and estimates prepared by external providers.

Contribute to indirect tax compliance (sales/use tax, property tax) and nexus analysis as needed.

Maintain the tax compliance calendar to ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
