Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Accountant I for their Houston, TX location.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly balancing and reconciliations. Prepare invoices and customer purchase statements for settlement. Inter-company transactions and settlements. SAP journal entries, accruals, netbacks, and physical inventories tie-in. Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Provide accounting support and analysis for Closing/ F&PA. Prepare regulatory reporting. Special projects related to Crude Supply and Trading. Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Experience in an accounting or finance related role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High level of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision in an open trade floor environment. Additional hours may be required during financial close and settlement. Preferred
Working knowledge of SAP. Excellent communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset. CMA or CGA designation an asset. Why Should You Apply
