Our Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) team empowers decision-making through rigorous analysis of financial and operational data. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support client engagements by developing management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models. You will also lead data analytics initiatives that uncover insights and drive strategic outcomes for our clients. What Will You Do Design and build client management reports and dashboards using financial and operational data Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement Translate complex data into actionable insights for client decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reporting processes and automate workflows Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders Support onboarding and ongoing engagements with data-driven reporting tools Mentor associates and contribute to team development Engage with clients across various industries to support strategic planning and performance improvement Leverage technology to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and client experience What Will You Need Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in client-facing advisory or consulting roles Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US We believe that when our employees are able to thrive in all facets of life, their work and impact are that much greater.
