ABOUT THE ROLE
The Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for overseeing loan compliance across a broad portfolio of solar and energy storage projects. This role ensures the company meets all post-close reporting obligations, financial covenants, and other loan agreement terms. In addition, this position provides support to treasury operations including cash analysis, banking administration, and interdepartmental funding coordination.
This role is based in Boise, ID and will work a hybrid schedule. We are not currently accepting applications for 100% remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all loan compliance activities across the company’s solar + BESS portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of lender requirements and financial covenants.
Support post-close file review by collaborating with Legal to create compliance packages that support the company’s ability to adhere to all compliance and covenant aspects of loan agreements.
Maintain a detailed compliance checklist for all project level debt and coordinate internal inputs across Legal, Accounting, and Project teams.
Support the treasury function by monitoring daily cash positions, reconciling account activity, and downloading monthly statements for accounting close activities.
Assist with liquidity analysis by evaluating cash balances, investments, and upcoming financial obligations
Conduct counterparty credit risk analysis and maintain quarterly reporting.
Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other internal departments to determine funding needs, availability, and managing payments.
Manage all bank account activity including:
Reviewing internal and SOX controls of the payment cycle process Providing supporting documentation of cash funding requests
Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or loan compliance roles, or related field. Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong excel experience and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines. Skills/Attributes:
Strong understanding of financial statements including income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet. Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance workflows, including reporting deadlines, covenant management, and draw documentation. Strong ability in problem solving, prioritization, and a sense of urgency. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
