What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting related to Medicare FFS claims and other expenses
Develop probability tables based on statistical data analysis
Create and run data reports to identify emerging trends and gaps
Communicate financial and analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience and passed actuarial exams (Rule of 5)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical results
Proficiency in Power BI or other BI tools, SAS for analytics, and VBA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in financial analysis within healthcare or insurance industries
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage markets
Additional actuarial exams passed beyond the minimum requirement
Previous work in a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
