Position Details: Fully Remote
Pay:
$17/hr. + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits + Paid Training
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, between 8 AM–10 PM EST (must be flexible for any 8‑hour shift)
Start Date:
Projected for November 2025
Equipment:
Provided by the company –
MUST PICK UP IN IRVING, TX
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries as needed
Review and verify patient billing and medical information
Provide expert solutions to complex patient or billing challenges
Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction
Adhere to company policies, KPIs, and compliance standards

What You’ll Need
1+ year of recent call center customer service experience (required)
Healthcare experience a
plus , but not required
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Quiet home workspace with
high-speed internet access
Excellent communication and attention to detail
High School Diploma or equivalent
