Overview
Location: On-site | Full Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and treasury-savvy Senior Accountant to join the corporate accounting team. This role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with treasury oversight, making it an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who brings both strong technical skills and financial acumen. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing cash flow activities, supporting ownership reporting, and assisting with financial modeling and analysis to drive growth initiatives. Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash Management: Prepare monthly and long-term cash flow forecasts across multiple entities. Track debt and equity inflows/outflows and coordinate communication of capital needs and distributions. Monitor bank balances and ensure timely movement of cash for operations, reserves, and capital projects. Partner with internal teams to optimize cash utilization and maintain compliance with reserve requirements. Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities related to treasury transactions. Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports. Assist in publishing monthly reporting packages and responding to ad hoc financial reporting requests. Collaborate with leadership on valuations and financial analyses. Financial Analysis & Support: Contribute to valuation models, IRR analyses, and proforma P&Ls for acquisitions and new business opportunities. Perform special projects, financial modeling, and compliance reporting as assigned. Partner with senior leadership on accounting initiatives and process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus). 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to treasury, cash management, or corporate finance. Solid understanding of financial statements and reconciliations. Experience in multi-entity environments preferred. Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling ability a plus. Core Competencies
