Overview Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Neenah, WI | Full-time

Responsibilities
Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments for goods and services.
Generate invoices in accordance with contractual requirements, prepare lien waivers and supporting documentation.
Verify that customers pay invoices in full and maintain detailed records for compliance and audit purposes.
Utilize third-party invoicing platforms and participate in meetings with project management teams to resolve billing issues.
Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What It Takes
High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience in the construction industry.
