The Payroll Accounting Specialist works with the Manager of Payroll and Reporting and partnered vendors to ensure all insurance account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, including billing and administering health insurance deductions for non-twelve month employees. The position assists with journal entries, posting entries to the general ledger, and posting payrolls. It also ensures garnishments files are up to date and properly reported. Minimum Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration; equivalent experience in lieu of education Experience:
Three (3) years accounting or payroll experience Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite Advanced proficiency in Excel Bilingual in Spanish preferred Application Process:
