113 Job Description:

Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain, and grow long-term profitable middle market relationships in the assigned region. Offer a full range of loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk Management, and other fee-based services to existing and prospective clients with $75MM to $500MM in annual sales. Leverage the CCB Industry & Advisory teams to create an optimal client experience. Refer clients' business and personal financial needs through the appropriate channels according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Levels (I – II) are differentiated based on banking experience, portfolio size, and potential, as determined by leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leverage the Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory team, and Leadership Institute to deliver a differentiated client experience in all interactions. Develop and execute a marketing plan to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, focusing on revenue growth. Understand and contribute to credit decision processes, including financial analysis, credit structuring, underwriting, and risk mitigation, aligned with Truist's credit risk appetite. Proactively contact clients to develop relationships, identifying all financial needs and coordinating with partners to deliver solutions. Promote fee-based financial services in the middle market segment, including retail banking needs of client owners and management. Maintain expertise in finance, managing large and complex corporate relationships, and knowledge of credit products and structuring. Ensure compliance with risk, operational, policy, and quality standards for the client portfolio. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training. 10+ years of experience in commercial banking. Strong interpersonal skills; capable of managing clients with total debt of $10 million or more. Proficiency in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and non-credit services. Ability to understand complex credits and financial insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Benefits:
