Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Job Location: Charleston, WV and surrounding areas Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Coordinator role is responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, follow-up, and collection of payments from patients, insurance providers, and third-party payers. Position Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable in a healthcare setting Physical Demands / Work Environment: Work hours are regular business hours, but occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or resolve urgent billing/collection issues Hybrid flexibility is available Office environment with deadlines and high-volume workload periods For questions, please contact Michael Morris at (304) 768-8523.
