The Supervisor of Implementation works closely with the Manager of Implementation and leads client facing Project Managers & Implementation Specialists to deliver the installation and/or training of Lightspeed products to our dealership clients. This role requires strong attention to employee development, performance assessment and installation standards to enable staff to deliver excellence and maximize dealership efficiency, profits, sales, productivity and revenue. What you'll do

Lead the team in the installation of remote and/or onsite client Lightspeed Solutions. Maintain accountability for installation and client training deliverables by holding all project resources accountable to completing tasks and meeting milestone dates. Act as escalation point to project stakeholders representing their team. Develop, track, and report key implementation metrics. Ensure the team delivers client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness and thorough communication. Utilize effective management, negotiation, and influencing skills to ensure successful implementation of Lightspeed products and services within scope. Evaluate processes and obtain associate feedback for incremental improvement opportunities to continually evolve the client experience for installation and training. Assist in developing and executing improved processes through established change management methods. Manage time and expense reporting, and implementation reporting per Lightspeed policy. Conduct regular field and virtual visits to monitor and evaluate associate performance and deliverables, identifying developmental opportunities. Coach, mentor, and collaboratively build associate development plans and conduct ongoing feedback sessions to ensure progress. Identify future leaders and develop appropriate bench strength. What you should have

Qualifications : 1-3 years of Supervisory or Manager experience; 5-10+ years related equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal soft skills (setting/managing expectations, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and communication). Ability to consult, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. Ability to handle increasingly high volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in a calm manner. Experience with planning and/or executing customer-facing implementation or product delivery projects. Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities. Technical aptitude to learn and understand Lightspeed installation process along with client training requirements.
