Must Haves

Operational Analytics using SQL / Advanced Excel (macros and advanced logic strings)

Voice of the Customer trending and analytics (customer satisfaction surveys, Net Promoter Score, overall satisfaction)

Process improvements with quantifiable impacts (e.g., % improvements, dollars saved, cost avoidance)

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to people, process, and technology projects using analytics, Six Sigma methodologies, and domain knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and productivity

Provide strategic analytics support, KPIs tracking, and business case measurement for initiatives

Analyze and visualize customer experience (CX) data, identify data correlations, and drive outcomes through data-driven insights

Drive multiple process improvement projects within the CX portfolio and develop business cases for continuous improvement

Prepare status reports and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership

Highlights

Strategic analytics role to assess voice of the customer feedback and trends

Experience with Voice of the Customer data in operational/support environments; clinical/hospital experience is a plus

Technical skills: SQL, Excel, VBA, Power BI; familiarity with Tableau; experience with Salesforce and QlikView is a plus; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is desirable

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred

Five or more years in analytics

Five or more years in process improvement

Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel); ability to translate data into business impact

Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and align with agile practices

Familiarity with database structures, data querying, and data mining preferred

Certifications

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
