Far East Organization is seeking a candidate to fill a role in debt financing. Responsibilities
Assist in the request of funding proposals to financial institutions Review and recommend financing proposals, legal documents and activation of financing facilities Prepare loan drawings/rollovers and ensure timely loan interest payments Monitor and review the covenants across the secured debt facilities and negotiate amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary Develop, review and update debt management policies, processes and controls Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in debt financing Detail-oriented, independent and analytical with good problem solving skills Strong communication, organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Treasury Management System
