Under the direction of the director or portfolio manager, the Private Credit analyst assists in investment decision-making, management, monitoring, and evaluation of the private credit portfolio. Responsibilities
Assist in developing portfolio strategies to ensure the private credit portfolio exceeds its long-term benchmark. Analyze prospective investments, perform due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations. Build financial models for portfolio and investment evaluation. Develop relationships with private credit firms and monitor portfolio companies. Conduct market research and maintain data integrity in internal databases. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred. 2-3 years’ experience for Analyst I, 3-6 years for Analyst II in related fields. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills required. Additional Information
