Role Summary Senior Treasury Analyst – Strong analytical support to the Treasury team, partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize cash and liquidity management, provide insight, and enhance capital management practices.
Responsibilities
Cash Management & Forecasting – Maintain weekly/daily cash positioning and short‑/long‑term cash forecasting.
Credit & Compliance Administration – Support credit facilities management and comply with lender reporting requirements.
Debt & Investment Modeling – Maintain debt schedules and develop borrowing, repayment, and investment models.
Economic & Investment Research – Monitor economic trends and interest‑rate environment to support planning and risk mitigation.
Banking Oversight – Track bank exposure, concentration levels, fees, and performance.
Reporting & Analysis – Build dashboards and models for liquidity planning, funding allocation, investment decisions, and monthly portfolio reports.
Regulatory Compliance – Monitor statutory NAIC regulations and analyze investments/collateral.
Presentation Materials – Assist the Treasury team with preparation of presentation materials as needed.
Qualifications
2‑5 years of treasury, accounting, or finance experience in a corporate environment; insurance or public accounting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or treasury; CTP preferred.
Strong Excel skills; experience with Kyriba, Workday, Adaptive, and financial modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strategic, self‑driven, collaborative, with passion for data analysis and initiative to challenge status‑quo.
Location – Austin, TX; hybrid work model.
