Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank statements, prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities, and payroll accounts.
Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
Assist in gathering and consolidating documentation for internal and external audits.
Process write-offs and support accounts receivable teams with documentation and reconciliation.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications (Essential Skills)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with significant accounting coursework.
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with general ledger and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Work Environment The position is based at the corporate headquarters. The company is growing and offers benefits when permanent employment is secured.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $29.00 per hour.
