Financial Representative - Houston, TX (Highland Village)
We believe that as a Financial Representative, you make a key impact on the branch atmosphere as the official face of Fidelity. Through integrity and honesty, you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity.
Responsibilities
Partner with the branch to deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities and providing exceptional service in front lobby transactions and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance and client-facing activities to support branch success.
Identify leads and make effective introductions to contribute to the branch’s growth and client satisfaction.
Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting and sharing new tools with the team.
Qualifications
Customer service, phone, or financial services experience is valuable for this role
Banking, insurance, or financial experience is an advantageous addition
Willingness to learn FINRA licensing material and work toward Series 7 and 63 licenses
Degree and/or professional certifications are helpful; if you don’t already have a CFP or degree, Tuition Reimbursement is available
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to assess client needs, attention to detail, and prioritization
Coachable, collaborative, and curious mindset
