Leasing Consultant
at Carriage Green Apartments! As the first point of contact for prospective residents, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience and showcasing the lifestyle our community offers. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. Responsibilities
Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interactions with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Qualifications
1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred Bilingual in Spanish Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized Knowledge of Yardi or similar software is preferred Ultimate team-player Benefits
