Trust Fiduciary Analyst Sr

This role is responsible for operational setup, maintenance, and/or closure of Comerica Trust accounts. This Senior Analyst role will work with Relationship Managers and Trust Advisors in the Personal Trust, Institutional Trust, and Comerica Advisor Solutions teams. Communication with external clients or external financial advisors may be required. Responsibilities include timely interactions with administration teams to facilitate document gathering and obtain approvals, updating Comerica's trust accounting system to reflect accurate account information for setup and/or closure, preparing account documentation for signature, and facilitating information movement and asset movement to and from Comerica or our Advisor Solutions partners.

Set up/Remove account statements

Code trust accounting fields in Unity

Set up or turn off data feeds between CAS partners

Add or remove account affiliations

Set up or remove account fees

Participate on team projects for timely and accurate completion.

Customer Service / Quality / Retention

Position Qualifications

High School/GED

2 years of experience in Trust & Estate

2 years of client service expectations in a financial services field

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university

Licenses/Certifications: JD, CTFA, CFP, AWMA, CHFC

Work Best Category: Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
