This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team where you can be part of a small, highly collaborative group. This role directly supports the Controller with daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for the company's portfolio. The opportunity is ideal for a natural problem-solver eager to learn and grow! This team is both intelligent and fun. What You'll Actually Do
Support the Controller with all accounts payable functions and month-end accounting Process vendor payments, code invoices, and audit for accuracy Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure paramount customer service Prepare and submit quarterly CapEx draw requests, maintaining accurate records and documentation Download, review, and ensure financial and operational reports are accurate and up-to-date for financial analysis Compile monthly financial packages and assist the Controller in finalizing reports for distribution To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics 1-3 total years of accounting experience Property Accounting is a plus A strong understanding of debits and credits Advanced Excel skills required Eagerness and willingness to learn Experience with Entrata, Yardi, or similar real estate software a plus Where and How Much
Target Compensation to $80k + bonus, based on experience 4 days in office, Fridays from home; Louisville Strong benefits, including paid healthcare, unlimited PTO, and a 401K with match Seniority level
