To establish and maintain financial and management procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Implement new consolidation software and guide subsidiaries to upload financials.
Manage group subsidiaries to roll out new accounting software – Microsoft Navision
Support SGX and group reporting matters.
Assist CFO on risk management and sustainability report matters.
Ensure internal control compliance in key operation cycles among regional offices.
Assist in preparation of financial presentation slides.
Assist in cash flow management, budget & forecast preparation,
Willing to handle full set of accounts for selected investment holding companies.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, software companies and government agencies.
Ad hoc projects.
Requirements: At least 6 years of relevant work experience including group consolidation (prior audit experience will be an advantage).
Sound knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements and accounting system implementation.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Navsion and Sigmaconso will be an advantage.
Hands‑on, proactive and positive work attitude with strong communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Organized, meticulous, committed, independent but yet also an excellent team player.
