Credits & Collections Supervisor
to lead a high‑performing team and drive financial performance through effective credit risk management and collections strategy.
This role is ideal for a resilient and analytical professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, acquisition‑driven environment. The selected candidate will oversee daily collections operations, manage credit policies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations. This is a high‑visibility role with direct impact on cash flow and financial health.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of collections professionals, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and service standards.
Oversee credit and collections processes, including escalations, aging reports, and bad debt reserves.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including finance, sales, and operations to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Manage lien processes, credit approvals, and third‑party collections within established thresholds.
Utilize data analytics to refine collection strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Play a key role in ERP migrations, acquisition integrations, and system upgrades.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and risk mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in credit and collections, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Background in HVAC, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ERP systems (F&O preferred), Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros), and case management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Experience navigating change, including acquisitions and system transitions.
