Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience required Benefits
