This position reports to the Director of Treasury and will support bank account administration and relationship management, KYC, FBAR, and cash reporting. You will also manage the configuration, ongoing optimization and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS) to support global banking activities. About The Role

We are seeking a high‑performing, self‑sufficient operator to join our Treasury team. You will partner closely with internal Finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, AP), Information Technology, Project Management Office, and Legal. You will also manage relationships with external banking partners. Candidates should demonstrate ownership, the ability to document scalable processes, strong partnership and communication skills, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, growing environment. Mastery of treasury management systems, familiarity with SOX compliance, treasury policies, and control frameworks is required. Expert level proficiency with Google and Microsoft tools (Excel, data manipulation, PowerPoint). This role can be based in Manhattan, NY or Livingston, NJ. Key Responsibilities Own the management of bank accounts (open, modify, close), authorized signers, and reporting (cash position, accounts, users, FBAR) Lead end-to-end implementations of treasury management systems, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, testing, user training, and go-live support Lead and coordinate with Legal on KYC documentation for new and existing legal entities globally Build and support custom reports, workflows, and automated compliance reports (e.g., SOX audit trails, hedge accounting logs) Lead training sessions, build documentation and control guides, and support user onboarding globally Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas including global cash management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and payment operations Interface with global finance and business teams, and external partners, in support of Treasury activities Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues Who You Are

7-10+ years of progressive experience with cross-functional workstreams; large multi-national treasury experience, Big-4 accounting, or similar is a plus Proven expertise implementing and managing a TMS platform, with strong preference for Kyriba Deep knowledge of global cash and bank management, KYC, and FBAR workflows Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex financial information clearly and interact with executive management Creative thinker, highly organized with high standards of accuracy and precision Ability to work independently on projects in tight time frames Strong software skills including MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Netsuite, SAP or other ERP is a plus; TMS experience (prefer Kyriba) Technical capability across APIs, SWIFT formats, bank data standards (BAI2, CAMT), and reporting tools Familiarity with SOX compliance, treasury policies, and control frameworks Demonstrates ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization Eligible to work in the United States; no H1‑B sponsorship available Why CoreWeave
