Licensed CA real estate agents with rural, land, or lifestyle property experience Professionals who are driven, coachable, and eager to grow Accountable agents who stay consistent in their activities Team players who lead with service and collaboration Individuals who are intentional, positive, and growth minded Tech comfortable and purpose driven professionals You do not need to build it all alone. We provide the systems and leverage. You bring the listings. Responsibilities
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Qualifications
Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation
$120,000 per year plus commission
